Medical responsibility
Is a licensed clinician responsible for clinical interpretation and decisions?
Our standard separates clinical responsibility, evidence, continuity and hospitality quality so an expensive experience is never mistaken for medical credibility.
A premium setting can earn attention. Only transparent method earns trust.
A specialist hospital, a physician-led longevity clinic, a medical spa and a luxury retreat can all be excellent — at different jobs.
Our job is to make those jobs visible. We do not award star scores to medical providers and we do not publish a “best clinic” winner.
Is a licensed clinician responsible for clinical interpretation and decisions?
Is the test connected to an indication, risk question or actionable decision?
Are benefits described with proportionate certainty, and are proprietary claims distinguishable from established guidance?
Are results explained in context rather than delivered as a raw dashboard?
Who owns follow-up at 30, 90 and 365 days?
How is health data separated from ordinary hospitality and marketing data?
Does the provider know when a finding or symptom requires another specialist or higher level of care?
Does the setting reduce friction around sleep, nutrition, movement, recovery and privacy?
A concrete service, credential, programme element or facility is stated on an official provider or regulatory source.
Outcome language, proprietary scoring systems and branded biological-age claims remain clearly attributed to the provider.
We explain scope, limitations and category boundaries without converting them into a clinical recommendation.
If a material claim cannot be sourced with reasonable confidence, it stays out or is explicitly marked as unverified.
Providers and readers can submit factual corrections. We ask for a primary source whenever possible. Material corrections update the profile and its check date.
Commercial relationships do not remove critical context and do not guarantee inclusion. Sponsored content, if introduced later, must be labelled separately from the Index.
